Our History

In early 2017 two guys had a dream and put it into action by buying a CNC mill and lathe. Their setup started in one of their childhood home garages and that was the beginning of S&J Machining Inc.

Shaun and Jeff became friends in early high school and would hang out with one another after school working on racing lawnmowers and fixing anything with a motor. Once Shaun got to the tail end of his college career they got talking about what the future held for them. This dream entailed starting up their own shop and doing CNC machining as a “side hobby.” It quickly escalated into something much more than just a hobby and they saw the need to expand and pursue this venture more seriously.

In the Summer of 2019, they purchased a new shed to move into and expand their business. The plan to move in early 2020 was pushed back due to the pandemic of all things. Slowly but surely throughout 2021 and the first part of 2022, they got their new shed set up and ready for production.

As of June 2022 they are fully set up and ready to keep growing and learning in the new shop. With capabilities that are doubled from before means that S&J Machining is truly unstoppable at this point.
